One of our extensively experienced and professional personal trainers will customize the perfect plan to achieve your health, wellness and fitness goals. Each plan is customized based on your fitness goals, medical conditions, physical limitations, schedule, exercise experience and the exercise equipment you have access to. How it Works

A consultation with one of our fitness professionals is necessary to start the process. This allows us to learn more about you, your fitness goals, exercise experience, medical conditions, equipment available and your current nutritional regimen. The consultation also forms the basis of our strategic planning to outline and develop a safe and effective plan to achieve your health, wellness and fitness goals. On the Checkout Page, indicate how you’d like us to contact you and your preferred day and time. An email will be sent confirming the scheduled day, time and contact method of the consultation.

Online Personal Training Options

Our online packages include One-On-One Online Personal Training and Weight Loss Coaching. Choose the plan that’s a better fit to your personality and motivation to exercise. Both plans are 100% customized based on the information you provide in your initial consultation.

Weight Loss Coaching

Weight loss coaching is an excellent way to achieve your weight loss goals. With our weight loss coaching, we will meet with you on a weekly basis by video conferencing to provide the motivation and tools you need to succeed. Your weight loss coach will assist in setting weight loss goals, identifying obstacles to achieving those goals, and develop strategies to overcoming obstacles. Additionally, your weight loss coach will educate you on making sound nutritional choices and small changes that lead to fast, sustainable weight loss. With weight loss coaching, we also customize an exercise plan based on time and equipment available, medical conditions and physical limitations. In addition to weekly check-ins, you have email access to your weight loss coach to ask questions and get responses within 24 hours. You may also email photos and videos of your exercises and meals for feedback from your weight loss coach.

One-On-One Personal Training

Exceed all your wellness and fitness goals with the one-on-one guidance of a certified master trainer with decades of experience. With one-on-one personal training, you receive the attention of your personal trainer during each scheduled session via video conferencing. We use the latest available, scientifically proven, methods to achieve your wellness and fitness goals. With online one-on-one personal training, we will guide you through your routine where exercise form and technique can be assessed and corrected if necessary. This provides a safer and more effective exercise experience. We’ll be your accountability partner to ensure correct rest intervals, repetitions and resistance are maintained. You’ll get your personal trainer’s guidance, motivation, feedback and answers to any questions you may have about exercise, fitness, wellness or nutrition. You also have telephone and email access to your online personal trainer for quick and easy answers to your most pressing wellness and fitness concerns.

Weight Loss Coaching

With this plan you have the flexibility to exercise in your own time and place, and without constant supervision.

This plan includes:

  • Customized and detailed exercise plan
  • Link to proper execution of each exercise
  • Nutritional guidelines & portioning
  • Initial video consultation with your coach
  • Weekly video check-in with your coach
  • Email access to your coach
  • Email photos or videos doing exercises for your coach’s feedback
  • Email photos of meals for your coach’s feedback
