Weight Loss Coaching
Weight loss coaching is an excellent way to achieve your weight loss goals. With our weight loss coaching, we will meet with you on a weekly basis by video conferencing to provide the motivation and tools you need to succeed. Your weight loss coach will assist in setting weight loss goals, identifying obstacles to achieving those goals, and develop strategies to overcoming obstacles. Additionally, your weight loss coach will educate you on making sound nutritional choices and small changes that lead to fast, sustainable weight loss. With weight loss coaching, we also customize an exercise plan based on time and equipment available, medical conditions and physical limitations. In addition to weekly check-ins, you have email access to your weight loss coach to ask questions and get responses within 24 hours. You may also email photos and videos of your exercises and meals for feedback from your weight loss coach.
